Sandra Soyal

Originally from Eskilstuna, Sweden, Sandra holds a degree in real estate and became a licensed broker in 2021. Her background spans property, sales and hospitality, and she began working in the Spanish real estate market after moving to Marbella in 2022.

As Head of Operations at Norma Franck, Sandra works across sales performance, budgeting, targets and internal processes. Acting as a key link between departments, she helps bring structure and direction to both the strategic and day-to-day work of the company.

Outside the office, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, dining out, training and relaxing with a good film. She speaks Swedish and English and understands basic Turkish.
